Brand: A well-known life coach
Product: A 12-month coaching program training life coaches

This well-known life coach for coaches wanted to sell her flagship product that costs 10k for 12 months’ worth of group coaching.
She wanted to sell as many as she could and provide a top-tiered service.
The solution to selling these 10K coaching packages was to create 3-5 exceptionally congruent lead magnets and strategically build a list to nurture in the lead up to the flagship product launch.
Then my client created a high converting workshop which we asked participants to opt-in to. We ran ads to warm and cold audiences and of course pitched to our existing list.
From the workshop participants were invited to get on a call with my clients sales team to cold the deals.
Over five months, we spent approximately $48k on ads, including our open cart ads.
The revenue generated from all ads that led up to this launch and surrounding products was $409,649. With 115 sales in total and an overall CPA (Cost per Acquisition) of approx $3,562. This figure includes both high ticket and low ticket offers.

I feel it important to note that this client had a very experienced copywriter in their team, and the email marketing side of things had a lot to do with the success of these ads.

Brand: A well-known doctor in the gut health space
Product: A $37 challenge to help build your gut microbiome
Time frame: Dec 2021-Jan 2022

This client is a well-known doctor in the gut health space. His goal was to create a massive buyer list of targeted people wanting to improve their gut health and break even on ad spend.
Create a funnel offering a low ticket offer of $37 in a challenge style so that we could increase community engagement and showcase this doctor’s expertise.
Run ads to brand new stone cold audiences to introduce them to the brand and product solutions.
The total ad spend for this client was $50,982.01, and the total revenue was $60,073.20.
This campaign has a total ROAS of 1.18 and an ROI of 20%.
This campaign ran from December 1st 2021, to Jan 4th 2022, some of the busiest and most expensive periods in the Facebook ad world.
During this time, we generated 1,663 sales at a CPA (Cost per Acquisition) of approximately $30.
Around 53% (883) of these new customers were stone cold and had never interacted with this doctor or his brand before.
Straight after this campaign, this doctor released his second book in the gut health space and went from position 22,000 on the Amazon best sellers list to position #11 out of 3 million titles. On the first day of release, he presold 2,500 books. His publisher hoped to sell 400 over four days to reach his target.
Please note this campaign could have been much more successful if we had increased the average order value, which was presented to the client, but they decided they did not want to promote this heavily.
Nevertheless, the client was pleased with this result, and the entire campaign, including email, brought in a buyers list of approximately 7k customers.

Brand: A brand in the online education space
Product: One course with two price points $397-$497 that teaches you a skill to make money online
Time frame: April 2022 – 15th June (Currently still running)

The goal with this brand was twofold.
- To increase Tiktok followers so we could have a clickable link in the bio of the Tiktok account.
- To buy leads from TikTok and see how they converted into sales
Run “follow” ads to increase Tiktok followers and authority.
Run ads to our most popular product existing webinar funnel and convert them into customers either straight from the funnel or via sales that the company runs.
We ended up gaining 2,840 targeted new followers at an approximate cost of 0.42 per follow.
Once we hit our target, we continued for a little longer and then discontinued these ads.
Then we started running ads for the brand’s most popular product via a webinar funnel.
We optimized for complete registrations and gained a total of 1,580 registrations over the course of approximately eight weeks at an average cost of $3.48 per registration and a 26.05% conversion rate.
So far, according to Tiktok’s reporting platform, of those 1,580 registrations, this campaign has brought in 144 sales with an average CPA of $37.21 and a conversion rate of 2.57% since it’s been running.
It might sound a little unusual that the CPA is so low, but when I check our funnel hard data for this exact time period, the overall opt-in rate for this funnel is 34.83%, with an average sales conversion rate of 3.40%.
As this brand is running all of its ads via this one funnel, we cannot verify that 100% of these reported figures from Tiktok are accurate. But even if we halved the sales, it would be a great result.
